Cycle Positive® exists to challenge exclusionary systems, not replicate them.

Our approach to cyclical intelligence is body-literate, not gender-prescriptive. We honour all people with cycles, including trans, non-binary and gender-diverse individuals, as integral to our work.

We believe physiological diversity is a strength and that workplaces thrive when they make room for everyone to align with their own rhythm. This applies regardless of gender identity, hormonal status, or life stage.

We also acknowledge that true inclusion goes beyond gender. Cultural background, spiritual beliefs, and community context all shape how individuals experience their bodies and their rhythms. We design our programs with cultural intelligence and sensitivity, recognising that different communities may hold varying needs around rest, energy, visibility and expression.

Our commitment to inclusion shows up in our language, our program design, our facilitation approach, and who we collaborate with. We are committed to evolving this practice in consultation with our clients and communities.
